Virtual Basic Flow Yoga via Facebook

 This class is for all levels. The class focuses on basic poses to stretch and strengthen the legs, back, core and shoulders. Emphasis is given to alignments and the fundamentals of all poses within the sequence. The class includes pose modifications, options, and variations to accommodate all levels of flexibility.
