Come escape the craziness of life with a hour to relax and rejuvenate your mind & body. It will allow you time to focus on yourself while flowing between yoga poses, stretching, pilates mat work and relaxation at your own pace. We practice a form of PIYO which is a hybrid of pilates and yoga. It is a total body workout focused on strengthening, lengthening, deep breathing, balance, and your core aka powerhouse. We incorporate time for meditation to clear your mind so you feel encouraged to take on the world with optimism and ease. We will show modifications so that all skill levels and abilities can participate in a safe and enjoyable way. This class is open to wounded, ill, and injured Service Members and their families.
