Edgar Gonzalez - President

Edgar Gonzalez graduated from The University of Incarnate Word with a Bachelors Degree in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory Analysis. He is a Relationship Banker with Broadway Bank and previously managed Orange Theory Fitness, lululemon, and was the Director of Endurance Event Initiatives for the American Cancer Society. He owns We Run San Antonio, an event based company that hosts endurance events in San Antonio and surrounding areas. Edgardo is also the 2020 President for the Alamo Heights Chamber of Commerce. His hobbies include trail running, cycling, and off-road adventures.

Sean Grady - Treasurer

Sean P. Grady, CPA, MBA holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting and Marketing, from Texas Lutheran University, and a Master's degree in Business Administration, from Webster University in Saint Louis. He is a licensed CPA, and has served as the Controller of Ridgemont Properties, Inc, since 2016. Prior to his position with Ridgemont Properties, he spent 18 years in accounting under a DOD contract, which existed to serve the Military banking needs of our troops, overseas. He and his wife are passionate about serving in the community, through various volunteer opportunities, including the Wounded Warrior Foundation, Fisher House, San Antonio Food Bank, Haven for Hope and the Schertz Humane Society. In his free time, Sean enjoys outdoor activities, such as camping, boating, hiking and spending time with his wife, Teresa, two dogs, and step-daughters Lesli and Kaili, who are actively serving in the United States Air Force and United States Navy.

Lupe Navaira - Board Member

Lupe Navaira grew up in Central San Antonio, TX. Shortly after graduating high school he married his high school sweat heart, Amada, & they started their family together. In 1990 Lupe followed in his father's footsteps & joined the Army as a heavy wheel vehicle mechanic (63 Whiskey). He was injured during his service, but served 6 years active & 2 years inactive during which time he served in Desert Storm. As a civilian, Lupe drove an 18-wheeler, owned his own company & worked in the freight business. He worked as long as he could until his body wouldn't allow him to any longer. Lupe looked for ways to continue to stay active and found Operation Comfort. He has tried each program & is a regular participant in cycling, swimming & yoga.
